B: Yes, I
will go with the marketing director.
C: Thanks!
A: Good
day, I'm Patrick, the marketing director, did my assistant tell you the subject
a bit?
C: Yes, you
have some questions to solve on my booth.
A:
Fantastic! Let's list the things we need.
C: First of
all, we will need a great banner with the logo and the motto of the company.
A: Well, I
was thinking of posters of your offers around the stand.
C: It seems
great, we could have two people at the booth, to solve questions.
A: Perfect,
I will recommend a promotional material stand.
C: Yes, we
will need a large booth for all brochures and catalogs.
A: You have
to share some kind of gift, could help pick up new clients.
C: Well,
they can go to the main stand with the rest of the promotional material.
A: But
there will not be enough space.
C: We can
show a few gifts at the stand and we can store the rest under the table.
A: It's a
good idea. With this we are going to ideally the best stand at the fair, we
promise you!
C: Perfect,
we see you there!
A: Thank
you for your time. See you!
